01 · Group home

Group view

The group home acts as the dashboard. Members immediately see what is left in the pot, who is participating, the latest payments and the key actions. They can top up, invite someone or open group details without digging through menus.

  • The balance immediately shows what the group can still spend.
  • Members and invites are accessible from the same page.
  • Recent expenses avoid asking “who paid for what?”.
02 · Add money

Add money

This screen guides a member when adding money to the shared pot. They choose the amount, confirm the payment method and launch a secure Stripe payment. It avoids lost transfers, screenshots and manual confirmations between friends.

  • The amount charged, the processing fee and the amount the pot receives are shown before payment.
  • Stripe secures the payment and returns the payment status.
  • The group then sees the top-up in the shared pot.
03 · Expense feed

Feed & expenses

The activity feed keeps the history clear: who paid, what for, when, and how much it concerns the group. Filters help members quickly find their own expenses or other people’s expenses without recalculating everything by hand.

  • Each expense keeps the member name, merchant and amount.
  • Filters separate “me”, “others” and the whole group activity.
  • The history is a simple proof when a payment needs to be checked.
